What you will do

• Lead strategic advisory engagements for life sciences clients and VP+ stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration across brand and commercial strategy, asset and portfolio strategy, value and access, digital health, commercial excellence, advanced analytics, data strategy, architecture, outsourcing, and technology.
• Design integrated enterprise-grade solutions combining strategy, data, and technology.
• Translate AI/ML, digital health, real-world evidence platforms, data interoperability, and next-generation commercial architectures into strategic client recommendations.
• Own engagements end to end, ensuring client satisfaction, quality, measurable value, and follow-on opportunities.
• Contribute to thought leadership, recruiting, mentoring, coaching, and practice development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 12 years of professional experience in consulting or the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry, with demonstrated career progression.
• Strong experience in life sciences and/or healthcare.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, developing people, and delivering high-impact client engagements.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client locations as needed.
