Director, Pricing & Market Access Policy

Location: Remote, with preference for candidates based in the U.K.; London office days may be required. Applications are also considered from Germany, Italy, Spain, and Ireland.

What you will do

• Manage the NAVLIN Daily team and oversee daily policy, pricing, and reimbursement news production.
• Lead policy intelligence initiatives, including MFN tracking, global pricing and reimbursement monitoring, and custom intelligence trackers.
• Oversee timely delivery of policy intelligence services, respond to policy changes, and support clients.
• Translate complex policy developments into clear, actionable, commercially relevant insights for biopharma clients.
• Present insights in client briefings, webinars, and other client-facing activities while supporting business development and consulting engagements.
• Implement AI, automation, research workflows, datasets, presentations, briefs, and production-ready agents to improve policy tracking and insight generation.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in health policy, market access, pricing and reimbursement, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of the global pharmaceutical policy landscape and pricing and access dynamics, including MFN frameworks.
• Experience in client-facing consulting, advisory, or industry roles.
• Ability to translate complex policy developments into business implications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with data analytics or AI-enabled workflows.
