What you will do

• Implement patient access strategies and tactics for new medicines, indications, and products.
• Develop supporting materials, including advanced budgetary notifications and healthcare system preparation resources.
• Engage target customers and deliver agreed activities to support optimal patient access.
• Contribute to pre-launch strategies and align patient access activities with medical and marketing functions.
• Use data assets, analytics, and market access solutions to develop bespoke customer materials.
• Lead diverse customer stakeholder groups and drive them toward action.

Requirements

• Advanced experience with patient access launch strategies and solutions.
• Extensive networking experience in a matrix management organisation.
• Knowledge of the NHS and the wider healthcare system.
• Strong strategic commercial insight and the ability to identify robust opportunities in local health economies.
• Degree-level qualification and expertise in project planning and management.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results to required quality and timeline metrics.
