Senior Software Engineer (Java)

What you will do

• Develop software products and services supporting the growing business, primarily with Java.
• Lead solution design, technical analysis, technology evaluation, and platform evolution.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to estimate effort and deliver committed sprint work.
• Mentor developers on well-engineered code and agile practices.
• Apply information security practices to protect proprietary and private data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing and building large-scale systems with Java and Spring, including Spring Boot, Spring REST, Spring Web, Spring Data Repository, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud Stream.
• Experience with cloud deployments, service integrations, relational and NoSQL data models, and RESTful API development.
• Knowledge of identity and access management software and protocols, including SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with microservices, event streaming architectures, Git, and Postman.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and proactively solve complex engineering problems.
