Department Manager - Maplewood Mall

Location: St Paul, Minnesota, USA; on-site retail store role

Compensation: $26.60–$30.59 per hour; non-exempt, hourly pay status.

What you will do

• Lead and support the department team while creating an inclusive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial store culture.
• Manage the total omnichannel customer experience, including customer service, loyalty-app promotion, sustainability initiatives, fitting rooms, checkout, returns, and exchanges.
• Analyze sales and budget performance, identify commercial opportunities, and create plans to optimize results and profitability.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, coach, and develop department colleagues, including succession planning and regular communication.
• Coordinate with visual merchandising colleagues to maintain strong fashion, visual, and commercial product presentation.
• Oversee stock levels, garment flow, omnichannel services, store technology, back-of-house standards, price signage, and daily opening and closing routines.
