E2E Project Control Lead (Construction)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end project controls scope for the IFF Frankfurt mega project, including a resource-loaded schedule.
• Develop and manage the project control team.
• Implement earned value measurement tools, float analysis, and early- and late-progress curves.
• Develop and manage accurate cost forecasts covering spending, invoicing, payment terms, commitments, and purchase orders.
• Support engineering and construction change management, risk assessment, risk registers, and contingency allowances.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and steering committee materials.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, accounting, or business administration; an additional degree in construction management is a plus.
• Significant experience in project control, estimating, cost management, forecasting, and progress measurement.
• Significant experience in contract and risk management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, cost-estimating, cash-flow, forecasting, change-order, and value-analysis skills.
• Fluency in German and English is required; English is the project language.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and develop teams for future project needs.
