Project Manager Engineering (HVACR)

Location: Overath, Germany; hybrid working model with regular on-site presence

What you will do

• Lead new product development, engineered-to-order customer projects, and research initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, quality targets, technical deliverables, and scope.
• Gather, analyze, and manage customer and business requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate status to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Several years of experience in engineering, product development, or technical project management.
• Experience managing technical or engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of scope, timing, budget, quality, and requirements management.
• Broad engineering background with the ability to work across multiple technical disciplines.
• Advanced German and professional English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• HVAC industry experience.
• Experience with new product development or engineered-to-order projects.
• Project Management certification such as PMP, IPMA, or PRINCE2.
• Experience in an international manufacturing environment.
