Technical Business Coordinator

Location: Maisach, Germany; occasional business travel within Germany.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for customer relations within the Freudenberg Group.
• Manage the customer lifecycle from product and project creation through complaint handling.
• Coordinate customer requirements with Production, Purchasing, Laboratory, and other internal stakeholders.
• Create and maintain customer master data, products, and projects in relevant systems.
• Coordinate project activities and continuously improve interfaces, processes, and information flows.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and analyses to support transparency and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, university degree, or comparable qualification.
• Experience managing customers or internal stakeholders, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Experience in project management and coordinating complex processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and business process skills with a structured and self-reliant working style.
• Basic technical knowledge or experience in a technical environment.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
