Project Manager with German and English (Supply Chain SaaS)

Location: Remote in Italy, Poland, or Spain

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer software implementation projects from kick-off through go-live.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, performance, risks, and delivery quality.
• Facilitate solution design workshops and translate complex business requirements into tailored modular software solutions.
• Guide enterprise customers through change management, user training, post-implementation support, and transition to Customer Care.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Consulting, Product Management, and Technical Delivery teams to align deliverables with customer goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing customer-facing software or IT implementation projects from inception through go-live.
• Strong project management skills covering scope, schedule, and budget management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills.
• Professional fluency in German and English is required.

Nice to have

• French or additional European language proficiency.
• Experience in logistics, transportation management, or supply chain SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with formal project management methodologies such as PRINCE2.
