Analyst Distribution (SAP)

What you will do

• Run daily expedite reports to determine stock-transfer and back-order pulls for FedEx shipments.
• Enter, reroute, and manage back orders with customer service teams to ensure delivery to designated destinations.
• Create pick sheets, purchase orders, deliveries, and shipment methods for critical work orders.
• Track shipment status, sterilization progress, estimated arrival times, and aging across the manufacturing-to-sterilizer pipeline.
• Coordinate release dates, deliveries, carriers, and import-export activities with internal departments.
• Track damaged products, coordinate rework, close post-sterilization work orders, and review order discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or function.
• Experience with US distribution networks and basic algebra or statistics.
• Fluent English and bilingual communication skills required.
• Intermediate SAP and MS Office experience.
• Strong communication, analytical judgment, responsibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities in stressful situations.
