Material Planner and Production Scheduler (SAP)

hirify.global, part of the Freudenberg Group, is hiring for a materials planning and production scheduling role supporting manufacturing operations.

What you will do

• Send weekly supplier releases in SAP to support the production plan.
• Track visual reorder signals daily, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions focused on customer protection.
• Maintain inventory at optimal levels according to organizational targets.
• Process direct-material delivery orders from issuance through final delivery and coordinate supplier delivery documentation.
• Analyze premium freight situations before authorization and support logistics activities during engineering changes.
• Participate in scheduled physical inventories and support import-export activities when needed.

Requirements

• Degree in administration, international trade, or industrial engineering.
• Experience with customer and supplier issue management, including backlogs and complaints.
• Knowledge of customer platforms and requirements for GM, Ford, FCA, VW, and Tier 1 customers.
• Experience with SAP MM, Sales, PP, ASN, Import-Export, and CTPAT.
• Knowledge of inventory administration, logistics principles, customer call-offs, material planning, production planning, BOM, ERP, and warehousing.
• Advanced English required.
