Distribution Manager (Industrial Circuit Products)

Location: Piedras Negras ICP, Mexico; onsite distribution and warehouse operations

What you will do

• Lead distribution, warehousing, shipping, and logistics operations supporting the Industrial Circuit Products business.
• Manage distribution professionals and supervisors across multiple shifts and ensure performance for teams of 50–70+ employees.
• Drive OTIF, order fill rate, order backlog, picking and shipping accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity, and dock utilization.
• Optimize order fulfillment processes from delivery creation and picking through packing, staging, shipping, PGI, and ASN completion.
• Manage carriers, transportation scheduling, Bills of Lading, export documentation, overtime, and transportation costs.
• Lead safety, Lean, 5S/6S, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in distribution centers, warehousing, logistics, or shipping operations, including 2–3 years in management.
• Experience leading multi-shift operations with 50–70+ employees and developing supervisors.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, including transaction management and troubleshooting blocked orders, open deliveries, pending picking or PGI transactions, and inventory discrepancies.
• Experience with pick-and-pack operations, cross-docking, customer or retail distribution, WMS, barcode scanning, QR technology, and warehouse automation.
• Advanced or strong conversational English required for communication with corporate stakeholders, program management teams, and U.S.-based counterparts.
• Knowledge of retail requirements, labeling, ASN compliance, routing guides, delivery windows, chargeback avoidance, warehouse safety, forklift management, rack safety, and audits.
