What you will do
- Supervise daily distribution center activities across packing, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storage, stock handling, and inventory support.
- Manage order fulfillment and shipments from stored inventory while meeting customer requirements, inspection processes, and delivery commitments.
- Control inventory through regular and special counts, reconcile discrepancies, and manage defective material returns.
- Implement quality assurance procedures, investigate quality deviations, and define corrective measures.
- Maintain safe, compliant work areas and ensure equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and aligned with applicable quality standards.
- Monitor productivity and operational metrics, prepare reports, and identify process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience coordinating and supervising daily activities of business or technical support teams.
- Ability to prioritize work, direct routine operations, and collaborate with supervisors and peers.
- Ability to manage inventory, fulfillment documentation, quality procedures, and operational compliance.
- Ability to work onsite in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico.
