Distribution Requirements Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: Polanco, Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid with on-site presence once per week

What you will do

• Balance short-term supply and demand for assigned warehouses in line with long-term planning objectives.
• Monitor open orders and resolve production, quality, and raw material issues affecting production plans.
• Lead order confirmation for designated warehouses and ensure shipments meet customer and business requirements.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Manufacturing, Logistics, Transportation, 3PL partners, and commercial teams to manage supply disruptions.
• Track inventory levels, slow movers, service risks, and other critical indicators while driving corrective actions.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings and develop KPIs to measure execution and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of supply planning principles and inventory management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and continuous-improvement skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English across spoken, written, and reading communication.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with SAP, APO, or BW is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• APICS CPIM certification or equivalent credentials.
• Experience working with external manufacturing partners.
• Background in KPI development and performance analytics.
