Digital Content Associate (Sports Media)

Location: Inglewood, California, United States; in-office position with no remote or hybrid work

What you will do

• Support content collection, management, clearance, booking, and distribution for cross-platform production teams.
• Gather and distribute content to NFL.com and other NFL Digital Media properties.
• Create video clips and links for social and digital distribution.
• Coordinate tentpole content collection and logistics with NFL clubs and internal teams.
• Work with content assistants, editorial staff, and the wider NFL club ecosystem.
• Respond quickly to short deadlines while managing weekend and holiday assignments.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent education.
• At least two years of experience in public relations, sports media, journalism, TV production, or a digital content environment.
• Strong editorial skills, content judgment, communication, attention to detail, and football knowledge.
• Ability to identify NFL players and coaches, follow instructions, multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Ability to build relationships within the NFL and club ecosystem and work effectively with editorial and production teams.
• Must work onsite in Inglewood, California; remote and hybrid options are not offered.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with the NFL or another professional sports organization.
• Knowledge of Premiere or Adobe.
• Knowledge of Tagboard.
