Part-Time Digital Programming Coordinator (Sports Media)

Location: Onsite in Inglewood, California, United States; remote and hybrid options are not offered.

What you will do

• Identify, prioritize, package, and promote articles, video-on-demand content, live shows, and other programming.
• Make day-to-day content decisions based on audience needs, platform goals, consumption, and revenue objectives.
• Monitor analytics and consumption trends to determine which content resonates with fans and subscribers.
• Write engaging headlines and alert copy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Coordinate with photo editors and the 32 club sites to create visuals and source relevant content.
• Monitor news sources, social media, and internal communications to keep hirify.global platforms current and accurate.

Requirements

• Editorial experience, preferably in online media and sports.
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism or a related field.
• Familiarity with a direct-to-consumer content environment.
• Working knowledge of AP Style and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound hirify.global knowledge, strong news judgment, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work onsite and maintain flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, game-day Sundays, special events, and breaking-news situations.
