Project Employee, On-Site Content Creation

Location: Secaucus, United States. Hybrid work is available, with eligible employees able to work remotely one day per week; the role otherwise requires on-site work. On-site employees in the hirify.global’s New York and New Jersey offices must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, subject to medical or sincerely held religious accommodations.

Salary: $2,307.69 biweekly.

The hirify.global is a global sports and media organization operating professional basketball leagues, digital media platforms, social channels, and community programs worldwide.

What you will do

• Support the hirify.global Social/Digital team’s on-site coverage strategy across social platforms and partner channels.
• Edit, organize, distribute, and obtain approval for content while maintaining the hirify.global brand identity and voice.
• Develop content plans and creative ideas covering players, teams, games, events, and other hirify.global-related access points.
• Coordinate with publishers and platform leads on content ideas, trends, plans, and the content pipeline.
• Maintain coverage tracking documents and potentially track performance data.
• Research trends, refine on-site workflows, and capture content at events and games when needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Experience delivering content in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, formats, and audience engagement.
• Experience creating or curating vertical video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Snap Spotlight.
• Strong knowledge of basketball, the hirify.global, its teams, and its players.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in content workflows.
