The National Basketball Association is a global sports and media organization operating professional basketball leagues, digital platforms, broadcasting assets, and international social media communities.

What you will do

• Publish text, video, and still-image content across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, and other platforms.
• Provide real-time game coverage and schedule future social content.
• Support content planning for broadcasts, hirify.global App and hirify.global.com traffic, live events, and other campaigns.
• Review content metrics and apply platform feedback to improve performance.
• Monitor hirify.global team and player social channels for content amplification.
• Track emerging trends across social media platforms.

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of social media platforms, publishing workflows, trends, and performance metrics.
• Professional experience publishing social media content for a sports brand or media organization.
• Strong knowledge of the hirify.global, basketball statistics and analytics, league history, standings, rules, players, coaches, and teams.
• Strong editorial background in basketball and experience creating basketball content.
• Excellent organization, communication, project management, and deadline-management skills.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays according to the hirify.global calendar.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.
