HR Business Partner, SR

Location: Taylor, TX, United States; hybrid

Expected salary range: $102,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide strategic HR guidance and consultative support to leaders and employees across designated business units.
• Analyze business, HR, and external data to identify workforce trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Coach managers and leaders on employee engagement, leadership development, performance, and high-performing teams.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, restructures, and change management initiatives.
• Coordinate talent management, succession planning, career conversations, recruitment strategy, and selection processes.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, compliance, HR metrics, and employee-experience improvements.

Requirements

• Must work in a hybrid arrangement in Taylor, Texas.
• At least five years of job-related experience beyond degree requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience providing strategic HR partnership, workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and compliance guidance.

Nice to have

• PHR certification.
• SHRM-CP certification.
