HR Business Partner III (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States; hybrid for candidates in the San Antonio, Texas area, working two days per week at hirify.global HQ. Preference for candidates in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.

Salary: $78,074–$114,546.30 USD per year, depending on geographic market, knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional annual bonus, incentive compensation, equity awards, and ESPP may be available.

What you will do

• Advise senior leaders on talent strategies, workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support technical organizations working with AI, GPU infrastructure, inference platforms, cloud infrastructure, data centers, and high-performance computing.
• Translate business priorities into integrated HR strategies with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and Employee Relations.
• Lead organizational change initiatives through coaching, change management, and communication strategies.
• Guide leaders on employee relations, performance management, engagement, career development, company policies, and employment laws.
• Analyze workforce data and collaborate with regional and global HR teams on enterprise initiatives and consistent practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least four years in a strategic HR Business Partner role supporting technical or business organizations.
• Experience advising leaders through complex employee situations and working across at least two HR disciplines, such as organizational development, performance management, compensation, talent acquisition, HR analytics, HR operations, employee engagement, or HRIS.
• Strong consulting, coaching, influencing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work remotely in the United States; San Antonio-based candidates must work at HQ two days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Product, GPUaaS, AI/ML, inference, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or technical delivery organizations.
• Experience supporting Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Technical Operations leaders during rapid growth, transformation, or technology innovation.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed or global teams.
• Master’s degree or MBA.
