Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Remote on the U.S. East Coast, with hybrid work during the transition; visible onsite presence and 25% travel required.

Salary: $130,200–$241,800 annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and managers on engagement, culture, retention, and complex people challenges.
• Provide guidance on goal setting, feedback, coaching, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
• Advise on HR policies, employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and risk mitigation.
• Support workforce planning, organizational restructuring, acquisitions, role eliminations, and talent assessments.
• Coach managers on selecting, developing, and retaining talent through talent reviews and development planning.
• Design and deliver training, tools, and resources that strengthen manager capability in talent management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in human resources, talent management, or a related field.
• Proven experience solving complex issues involving engagement, employee relations, turnover, and organizational change.
• Experience influencing leaders, leading cross-functional projects, managing risk and resources, and using data to support decisions.
• Strong communication, consensus-building, coaching, judgment, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Willingness to travel 25% and work across multiple time zones.
• Experience with Oracle HCM systems.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting manufacturing or operations-based environments.
• Knowledge of organizational design, compensation, employee engagement, change management, learning, and performance management.
• Proven project management and execution skills with data-driven recommendations.
