What you will do

• Shape HR strategies and priorities for multiple business units and corporate functions.
• Conduct organizational and talent assessments and develop talent pipelines, succession plans, and workforce capability strategies.
• Design and implement change management, communication, and employee engagement strategies.
• Partner with, coach, and develop executive leaders and managers on career development, performance management, counseling, and disciplinary matters.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and HR Operations to deliver HR initiatives and balance enterprise-wide, business-specific, and local requirements.
• Use Workforce Dashboard and Workday analytics to support business strategy and participate in HR due diligence and integration activities when required.

Requirements

• In-depth expertise in HR and broad knowledge of related functional disciplines.
• Ability to anticipate business and regulatory issues and recommend process or service improvements.
• Experience leading projects with notable risk and complexity and developing execution strategies.
• Ability to solve unique, complex business problems through conceptual and innovative thinking.
• Strong communication, influencing, and persuasion skills, including communication with senior leaders.
• Travel of approximately 10% is required; relocation is not eligible for this role.
