HR Business Partner (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA; travel required 10% of the time; relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $154,000–$212,000 per year.

What you will do

• Shape HR strategies and priorities for the Office of the Chief Technology Officer, Display Flexible Technology, and corporate functions.
• Diagnose organizational needs and implement interventions to improve business performance, culture, and manager effectiveness.
• Conduct organizational and talent assessments and develop talent strategies, pipelines, workforce capability, selection, development, and succession plans.
• Design and implement change management, communication, and employee engagement strategies.
• Partner with, coach, and develop executive leaders and managers on career development, performance management, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence and HR Operations, use Workforce Dashboard and Workday analytics, and support M&A diligence and integrations.

Requirements

• In-depth and/or broad expertise in HR and broad knowledge of related disciplines within the function.
• Ability to anticipate business and regulatory issues and recommend product, process, or service improvements.
• Experience leading projects with notable risk and complexity and developing project execution strategies.
• Ability to solve unique and complex problems with broad business impact through conceptual and innovative thinking.
• Ability to influence program, project, or service direction and resource allocation within functional policies and industry guidelines.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas, anticipate objections, and persuade senior stakeholders to adopt different points of view.
• Availability to travel 10% of the time.
• Must work in Santa Clara, California; relocation assistance is not available.
