Real Estate Portfolio Manager (Finance) (Real Estate Analytics): Managing and optimizing a property portfolio through lease administration, asset performance evaluation, financial modeling, and data-driven strategic planning with an accent on portfolio efficiency, reporting, and sustainability metrics. Focus on building real estate databases and dashboards, modeling investment scenarios, forecasting lease and maintenance needs, and presenting recommendations to executive leadership.
Location: Madrid, Spain, with flexible home office opportunities

What you will do
- Oversee property portfolio operations, including leases, tenant relations, facilities coordination, vendor management, and service contract negotiations.
- Evaluate property performance, space utilization, operating costs, budgets, capital expenditure plans, acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations.
- Build and maintain real estate databases, management information systems, automated dashboards, and KPI reporting for occupancy, rental income, expenses, and ROI.
- Perform financial modeling, scenario analysis, market research, competitive analysis, and predictive forecasting for investment and portfolio decisions.
- Support long-term real estate strategy, portfolio rationalization, cost reduction, sustainability metrics, and ESG-related analysis.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, IT, legal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to integrate data systems and present recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate management, property portfolio administration, or a related field.
- Fluent English in written and verbal communication.
- Experience with data analysis, business intelligence, financial modeling, database management, and SQL queries.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data modeling.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, real estate management software, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Nice to have
- CPM, RPA, or equivalent professional certification.
- Experience with Python, R, GIS, or spatial analysis tools.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate, lease structures, property valuation, facilities management, zoning, local regulations, and sustainability frameworks.
- Strong project management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
