Asset Manager - Southern Europe

Location: Florence, Italy; regular travel across Southern Europe is required.

What you will do

• Drive the growth strategy for the Southern European portfolio across Italy, Spain, and France.
• Lead commercial leasing for retail, dining, and other spaces through to signed agreements.
• Set commercial terms for rent, indexation, and incentives to protect long-term property value.
• Build financial models to assess yields, returns, and incremental revenue opportunities.
• Present investment proposals to the leadership board and support approval of property projects.
• Navigate municipal zoning and permit processes and coordinate improvement plans with local operational teams.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in real estate asset management, ideally in hospitality or operational real estate.
• Experience managing property improvement plans, hold-sell analyses, and commercial lease negotiations.
• Strong financial underwriting skills and hands-on experience building detailed Excel models.
• Confidence negotiating with property owners, tenants, and city officials.
• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Economics.
• Fluency in English and in at least one of Italian, Spanish, or French is required.
