What you will do
- Forecast revenue for assigned Real World Evidence offerings by monitoring pipelines and active opportunities with sales and delivery teams.
- Support Principals In Charge throughout the project lifecycle, including opportunity setup, execution, pass-through management, and invoicing.
- Drive process consistency, governance adherence, and operational efficiency.
- Review project profitability, identify performance trends, and find opportunities to improve margins.
- Provide financial and commercial analysis for performance tracking and decision-making.
- Support project-level financial queries and Annual Sales Incentive Plan administration.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business controlling or project finance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- Knowledge of revenue recognition, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end processes, and P&L management.
- Strong Excel and systems skills, including CRM, SAP, Hyperion, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience working with commercial and financial data, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English at a strong business standard.
