What you will do

• Support forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and financial decision-making.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, business plans, and risk and opportunity assessments.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial analyses during closing, as well as budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and identify trends, opportunities, and corrective actions.
• Present reports to stakeholders with the Controlling Manager and collaborate with finance teams and external stakeholders.
• Improve forecasting, data analysis, and controlling processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 5–7 years of experience in controlling or preferably FP&A, ideally in a global organization.
• Strong Excel and ERP knowledge, including advanced accounting ERP capabilities.
• Experience with financial modeling, reporting, cost center reporting, variance analysis, budget support, and data quality management.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, adaptability, and deadline-management skills.
