High-Volume Recruiter

Location: Remote within FL, CO, IL, MA, NH, RI, ME, CT, GA, SC, NC, or TX

Salary: $71,000–$101,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across roles, levels, locations, and multiple concurrent requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies, pipeline prioritization, and talent pipeline development.
• Deliver strong candidate experiences while supporting employer branding and engagement efforts.
• Track recruiting metrics, optimize hiring processes, and maintain ATS hygiene, data accuracy, and pipeline velocity.
• Support client engagements through strategic alignment, delivery excellence, stakeholder partnership, and advisory work.
• Track billable and full-time work output and maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting in high-volume environments, such as managing 20 or more concurrent requisitions.
• Experience working directly with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agency environments.
• Strong internal HR or functional expertise across relevant disciplines.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment across multiple engagements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs require.
