Senior Recruiter - Limited Time Employment

Location: Remote from the United States, based in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin; Monday to Friday during standard Central or Eastern Time hours.

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements and provide market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing, and talent pipeline strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Assess candidates against role requirements and deliver strong candidate slates.
• Maintain candidate engagement through timely progress updates.
• Support offer development using compensation guidelines and market data.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Fluent English is essential.
