What you will do

• Design and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies for exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Source, network with, assess, recruit, negotiate with, and close candidates.
• Build relationships with business managers, academic institutions, student organizations, vendors, and community resources.
• Advise managers and selection teams on recruitment and selection practices.
• Develop candidate pipelines and introduce qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Plan and coordinate campus recruitment activities, including information sessions, career fairs, and interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of recruitment and selection experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a designated specialty such as actuarial, finance and accounting, or technology and transformation.
• Expert knowledge of full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessment, legal considerations, job analysis, compensation trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
• Strong written and oral communication, organization, negotiation, decision-making, and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of OFCCP requirements and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
