Sourcing Partner (Maritime and Climate Tech)

Location: San Francisco, with a hybrid arrangement requiring access to the Embarcadero office

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with top-tier technical and industry-specialist talent.
• Partner with the People Team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Develop and own sourcing strategy and talent pipelines.
• Use Boolean search, Ashby, and creative sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn.
• Operate independently in a fast-paced and changing environment while improving sourcing approaches.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, required skills, and the technology talent landscape.
• Experience sourcing for technical and industry-specialist roles simultaneously.
• Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment and using Boolean search and ATS tools.
• Ability to own a sourcing pipeline with minimal supervision.
