Senior Technical Sourcer

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for critical, niche, senior, and leadership engineering roles.
• Use direct outreach, talent mapping, networking, professional communities, and conferences to identify technical candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates to create strong talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing priorities and refine hiring strategies.
• Use data and market intelligence to improve pipeline performance and influence hiring decisions.
• Integrate emerging AI tools into recruiting workflows to improve candidate engagement, pipeline quality, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally in a high-growth technology environment.
• Proven success sourcing senior and specialized technical roles.
• Expertise with multiple sourcing channels and AI sourcing tools.
• Strong research and talent-mapping skills for hard-to-fill positions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills focused on a positive candidate experience.
• Ability to work autonomously, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
