Value Realization Manager

What you will do

• Establish and govern the Benefits Realization Framework for Finance transformation investments.
• Validate business cases, benefit assumptions, and expected financial and non-financial outcomes.
• Track realization performance and provide transparent reporting across the Finance portfolio.
• Drive value recovery actions when approved benefits are at risk.
• Work with Business Sponsors, Regional CFOs, Global Process Owners, FSSC Leaders, IT, and Project Managers.
• Ensure benefits are realized, sustained, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, PMO, Portfolio Management, Continuous Improvement, Business Performance, or Strategy Execution.
• Experience managing business cases, benefits tracking, financial analysis, and value realization activities.
• Experience with large transformation programs, ERP implementations, shared services, or operating model transformations.
• English CV required for the recruitment process.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Exposure to Oracle, SAP, digital transformation, automation, AI, or process excellence initiatives.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, management accounting, finance, benefits realization, or portfolio management certification.
