PTP Accountant

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid work with 47 remote days per year

What you will do

• Process EMEA accounts payable invoices in SAP.
• Check the accuracy of financial postings, correct errors, and clear open supplier account items.
• Prepare and present vendor account analyses.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather accurate information on time.
• Participate in PTP process improvements and support month-end and year-end closing.
• Cooperate with internal and external auditors and perform activities defined by Standard Operational Procedures.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in accounts payable.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Very good command of English.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Prioritization, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SAP.
