Accounting Supervisor

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid work with a minimum of 47 remote days per year

What you will do

• Oversee daily finance and accounting activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings for designated entities.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements for in-scope EMEA entities.
• Collect and prepare documentation for statutory financial statement audits.
• Calculate income tax and deferred tax provisions and prepare transfer pricing documentation.
• Prepare statistical and managerial reports while maintaining the local chart of accounts.
• Coordinate a small team of Financial Analysts.

Requirements

• Strong accounting expertise and more than five years of Finance or Accounting experience.
• Ability to independently prepare statutory financial statements and perform the core responsibilities of the role.
• Fluent English required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and SAP.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, decision-making, and time-management skills.
• Independence and curiosity in managing accounting responsibilities.
