Junior OTC Analyst

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid work with 47 remote days per year

What you will do

• Manage customer collections and due or overdue balances using collections workflow tools.
• Resolve customer financial inquiries and discrepancies related to quantity, price, warranty, customer accounts, freight, and other issues.
• Engage with customers by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Prepare and distribute customer account statements and generate past-due and forecast reports.
• Create and maintain desktop procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Escalate and follow up on issues, monitor key performance indicators, and collaborate with other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SAP systems.
• Fluent English communication skills in written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
