Principal Analyst, Commercial Finance (Biotechnology) (Commercial Finance/FP&A): Supporting the US Commercial organization through strategic financial analysis, planning, forecasting, reporting, and investment decisions with an accent on ROI assessment, scenario modelling, and financial performance management. Focus on building planning tools and dashboards, improving EPM data processes, managing accruals and close activities, and exploring Generative AI-enabled finance capabilities.
Location: Warsaw, Poland; 70% in-office work model

What you will do
- Partner with the US Commercial organization across Marketing, Trade & Fulfilment, Market Access, and US Operations.
- Deliver financial analysis, ROI assessments, scenario modelling, and recommendations for investment and resource allocation decisions.
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, quarterly trend analysis, and financial risk management.
- Own month-end reporting, dashboards, datasets, and planning tools for commercial leadership.
- Manage EPM data loading, accruals, purchase requisitions, expenditure recognition, purchase order integrity, and cost centre alignment.
- Improve finance processes, reporting governance, forecasting, automation, and decision support, including the use of Generative AI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a related finance role within a global publicly traded organization.
- Advanced financial modelling, scenario planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills with expert Excel capability.
- Experience communicating financial insights to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Tier 1 ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle, EPM systems, and financial planning and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced global environment.
