Associate Construction Project Manager – Data Center Substation

Location: Nationwide, United States, with required travel and long-term onsite project assignments. The role combines office work with active construction site environments.

What you will do

• Assist Project Managers with planning, organizing, execution, and coordination of substation construction projects.
• Track project budgets, costs, labor, schedules, performance metrics, billing, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, utilities, and data center stakeholders.
• Support material procurement, submittals, equipment tracking, contract compliance, and change management.
• Maintain project documentation and assist with agency correspondence, reporting, proposals, estimating, and quantity take-offs.
• Provide administrative and project support onsite during extended assignments while promoting safety and environmental compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–3 years of related experience; substation, electrical, or data center project experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel nationwide and commit to long-term onsite assignments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; job cost or estimating software experience is a plus.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
