Location: Nationwide, United States; long-term onsite project assignments and travel required

What you will do

  • Assist project managers with planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of substation construction projects.
  • Track project budgets, costs, labor, schedules, productivity, billing, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, engineers, utilities, and government agencies.
  • Support material procurement, submittals, equipment tracking, subcontractor management, and contract compliance.
  • Maintain project documentation and participate in construction meetings and reporting.
  • Support proposals, estimating, quantity take-offs, change management, and onsite project administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0–3 years of related experience; substation, electrical, or utility construction experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite project assignments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Initiative, adaptability, accountability, and willingness to learn and grow.
