Associate Construction Project Manager – Transmission Line

Location: New Hampshire / Connecticut, United States; project-based with required travel and long-term onsite assignments

What you will do

• Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and delivering transmission line construction projects.
• Track project costs, labor, budgets, performance metrics, schedules, billing, and reporting.
• Coordinate with field crews, foremen, subcontractors, engineers, utility representatives, and government agencies.
• Support material procurement, submittals, equipment tracking, contract compliance, and project documentation.
• Assist with proposals, estimating, quantity take-offs, change management, productivity tracking, and project closeout.
• Provide administrative and project support in active construction site environments during extended assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–3 years of related experience; transmission line, utility, or heavy civil construction experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite transmission project assignments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative, adaptability, accountability, and willingness to learn and develop.
