Associate Construction Project Manager (Data Center Substation)

Location: Phoenix, AZ, US; nationwide project-based assignments with required travel and long-term onsite work

What you will do

• Assist Project Managers with planning, execution, coordination, and closeout of substation construction projects.
• Track project budgets, costs, labor, productivity, schedules, performance metrics, billing, and reporting.
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, engineers, vendors, utilities, and data center stakeholders.
• Support material procurement, submittals, equipment tracking, contract compliance, and change management.
• Maintain project documentation and assist with agency correspondence, proposals, estimating, and quantity take-offs.
• Provide administrative and project support during long-term assignments at active construction sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–3 years of related experience; substation, electrical, or data center project experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel nationwide and commit to long-term onsite assignments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative, adaptability, accountability, and willingness to learn and grow.
