Associate Project Manager

Location: Brownsville, Wisconsin corporate office; various project locations with travel required

Underground utility and infrastructure contractor delivering cable and duct bank installation for power, renewable energy, and communication networks across the United States.

What you will do

• Support project planning, organization, and implementation under direct supervision.
• Track project costs and labor to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Coordinate material submittals and subcontractor management.
• Assist with contract compliance and other essential project duties.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, anticipate needs, and help meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in utilities, project management, and/or construction management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicle types that may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
