Senior Consultant - Value, Access, and Pricing (VAP) London, Hybrid

Location: London - Lime Street; hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What you will do

• Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis of primary and secondary data to develop value, access, pricing, and evidence strategy recommendations.
• Manage project workstreams and coordinate work across case teams in partnership with project managers and senior leadership.
• Create and present client-ready research materials, interim deliverables, and final reports.
• Provide thought leadership in evidence strategy, value, market access, and pricing.
• Train and mentor junior consultants through project work and formal or informal development activities.
• Support proposal writing, business development preparation, and internal initiatives supporting the growth of the EVAP function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement; health sciences, economics, or HEOR background is relevant.
• 3–4 years as a top performer at a top-tier biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical strategy consulting firm.
• Working knowledge of essential and advanced consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare markets and archetypes, particularly the US, EU, and other HTA-oriented countries.
• Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills and ability to work from the London office 3 days per week are required.

Nice to have

• Experience using PubMed, Medline, Google Scholar, and research platforms to source reimbursement and HTA data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Understanding of systematic review methods, clinical research design, and standards and regulations for clinical trials.
