Consultant – Financial Institutions Consulting - Europe

What you will do

• Deliver consulting projects focused on buy-side and sell-side due diligence, valuation, asset screening, and growth strategy.
• Use primary and secondary research to answer client questions and develop analytical and qualitative insights.
• Work independently and in small multidisciplinary teams to solve strategic and diligence issues.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables and communicate key findings and recommendations to project leadership.
• Lead workstreams and support client satisfaction and long-term relationship development.
• Contribute to intellectual property, marketing materials, training, recruitment, and proposal development.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, M&A/business development and licensing, or a financial institution such as private equity or venture capital.
• Experience advising clients on commercial issues in the biopharma or life sciences industry and/or supporting financial investors.
• Experience with transaction and investment projects, including due diligence, valuation, asset identification, growth strategy, or forecasting.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams with prior workstream oversight responsibilities.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, qualitative research, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, fluency in English, and the right to live and work in the recruiting country are required.
