What you will do

• Process consumer loan payoffs, demands, corrections, reamortizations, payment skips, refunds, and file maintenance.
• Coordinate title releases, lien releases, insurance proceeds, insurance settlements, and Letters of Guarantee.
• Review and prepare DMV packets and submit files to secure collateral and reduce member penalties and fees.
• Respond to member, third-party, branch, and internal inquiries about loan servicing, payoffs, DMV processes, titles, and registrations.
• Review DMV reports, resolve outstanding title issues, and contact members or dealers to perfect titles.
• Follow consumer lending procedures, DMV guidelines, regulatory requirements, and assigned training obligations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of loan servicing and DMV processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements, including BSA regulations relevant to the role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal loan servicing systems.
