Loan Servicing Specialist (Consumer and Mortgage Loans)

Location: Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite

Salary: $38,099.00–$62,591.75 per year

What you will do

• Maintain and research consumer and mortgage loan products in loan processing systems.
• Reconcile and balance general ledger and suspense accounts related to loan servicing.
• Post payments, process payoff requests, onboard new loans, and document or release loan collateral.
• Review loan documentation and perform quality control and quality assurance checks for regulatory and bank policy compliance.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries through phone and loan servicing mailboxes within established service-level timeframes.
• Analyze reports, document findings, resolve servicing issues, and collaborate with audit, compliance, vendors, and other business lines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in monetary, transactional, or loan product servicing.
• Knowledge of lending terms, regulations, consumer and mortgage loan servicing practices, accounting, and exception processing.
• Strong analytical, research, documentation, listening, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require current or future visa sponsorship.

• Experience in a high-volume loan servicing and support environment.
• Familiarity with current loan servicing systems and applications.
