Loan Servicing Coordinator III

Location: Warren, Pennsylvania, United States; full-time onsite work is required.

Salary: $22–$25 per hour, with potential bonus opportunities and benefits.

What you will do

• Complete new loan setup, funding, post-closing reviews, transactions, maintenance, modifications, payoff quotes, and payoff processing.
• Service commercial, small business, and SBA-guaranteed loans while monitoring reports, workflows, service levels, and year-end reporting.
• Maintain collateral records, verify lien positions, process releases, renew Lines of Credit, and research complex UCC continuations.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts, balance daily activity, research errors, and ensure data integrity for CECL reporting.
• Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate with internal and external business partners, and provide audit and testing support.
• Train, coach, and mentor less experienced team members while providing backup support to collateral and origination functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a related field is required.
• 6–8 years of commercial or small business loan experience.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of commercial and small business loan products, credit policy, compliance, and legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to read, interpret, and make judgments from loan documentation and use loan servicing systems.
• Ability to work onsite with department-specific equipment and software.
