Fulfilment Site Lead

Location: Flexible across fulfilment sites in the Netherlands: Utrecht, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, Heerenveen, Zwolle, Nijmegen, and Geldermalsen. Location flexibility is required for the Operations team.

What you will do

• Own weekly, periodic, and annual fulfilment site performance across safety, quality, cost, and operational KPIs.
• Build a high-performance, customer-first culture with supported, motivated, and accountable teams.
• Coach Operations Managers and Supervisors and develop leadership quality across the site.
• Drive retention, perfect deliveries, delivery capacity, UPH, cost, and operational standards.
• Lead Lean and 6S programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage critical incidents, escalations, operational planning, continuity, complex HR cases, and external stakeholder relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 6 years of operations experience, including experience with large multi-shift teams.
• Experience leading, coaching, and building high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to deliver results through KPIs and operational standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, including critical incident management.
• Fluent English and Dutch are required.
