MSM EP/NV Supply Chain Leader (MedTech)

Location: Belgium, the Netherlands, or Switzerland; listed locations include Diegem, Flemish Brabant; Amersfoort, Utrecht; and Zug. Willingness to travel approximately 30% is required.

Base pay: €96,000–€165,025 per year, plus an annual bonus or sales commissions depending on pay grade and location.

What you will do

• Define and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy for the MSM cluster across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.
• Partner with Commercial leadership on supply reliability, product launches, tenders, deals, and portfolio lifecycle management.
• Own customer service performance and improve OTIF, fill rate, lead time, inventory, cost, and cash results.
• Integrate Planning, Customer Service, Distribution and Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance.
• Manage supply chain risks, shortages, escalations, and allocation strategies with regional and global stakeholders.
• Lead organizational capability development, succession planning, continuous improvement, and digital transformation using ERP systems, OMP, and analytics.

Requirements

• 15+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, including senior leadership in complex and matrixed environments.
• Experience leading regional or global supply chain organizations and transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in IBP/S&OP, enterprise decision-making, planning, logistics, inventory, and customer service.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries is required.
• Proven people management, leadership development, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

Nice to have

• APICS, IBF, PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with advanced planning tools such as OMP and analytics-driven supply chain transformation.
