Lead Strategy & Vision (Procurement)

Location: CDR, Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid working

What you will do

• Lead and govern major Procurement strategy, transformation, and change initiatives.
• Manage complex projects, workstreams, dependencies, portfolios, reporting, and financial oversight.
• Develop Procurement's strategic roadmap, including priorities, targets, KPIs, and success measures.
• Drive category-management adoption and support Category Management in developing and executing category strategies.
• Shape Procurement's data and reporting strategy, using analytics and emerging technologies to improve decision-making and performance transparency.
• Advise senior stakeholders, coordinate supporting functions, and identify opportunities to improve Procurement's effectiveness and impact.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably at Master's level.
• More than 8 years of experience in transformation and change management.
• Procurement experience, ideally in a large international company and preferably in financial services.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed or offshore teams in a global environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Strong project and program management, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills, with an understanding of Procurement regulations and compliance.
