Operations Support Manager (Fulfillment Operations)

Location: Rilland and Waddinxveen, Netherlands, with regional travel to other fulfillment sites and on-site work up to 90% of the time, including weekends and nights when necessary.

What you will do

• Coach and train 3PL partners on hirify.global scorecards, dashboard functionality, warehouse management systems, standard operating procedures, and merchant-specific requirements.
• Support onboarding and startup activities, including project coordination, systems training, equipment setup, and partner-site adoption of hirify.global tools.
• Monitor inbound, value-added, kitting, and fulfillment operations to ensure accurate execution, quality, and timely issue resolution.
• Manage KPIs, SLAs, improvement plans, escalations, ticket quality, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions with 3PL partners.
• Coordinate with merchants, freight partners, Merchant Experience, Merchant Implementation, Merchant Support, Control Tower, Inventory Control, and other internal stakeholders.
• Review space utilization, support inventory consolidation, provide weekly reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement and scalable operational solutions.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in operations, ecommerce fulfillment, or another fast-paced environment, including experience setting up new teams.
• Advanced understanding of inbound or outbound fulfillment operations.
• Strong relationship-building, teaching, problem-solving, resilience, and continuous improvement skills.
• Ability to assess partner-site needs, deliver solutions, and coordinate appropriate hirify.global resources.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Access to a vehicle for travel between fulfillment locations and ability to work on-site up to 90% of the time.
